funn weekend :D

took it easy thurs--we're tryin to do mexican on fridays now. i think we went to conyers to get dressers for our bedroom. then jarred and i ate @ folk's... disappointing. and expensive. =(

friday was awesome, as usual. i drank too much tho =( ugh.  jarred and i used to always do large pitchers and be fine, but lately we've been sticking with one small pitcher and have had the "perfect buzz," but last friday i guess it took us a long time to get our food, and we were waiting on ppl to join us, blah blah so we were sitting there for a long time... so i guess we felt the need to order another pitcher. big mistake. i pretty much just laid on the floor @ the house, lol. it was like a million guys (not really) just chit chatting away about who knows what lol and i wanted to listen to music and play. hehe. but kt left to see a boyyy and no other girls were with us, so boo =( i did text a lot though. haha. LOL the fri before last, we had 12+ ppl with us... we made "reservations" (they dont really take em on fridays) but somethin got screwed up so we had to wait for over an hour. they felt bad b/c it was their mistake, so they started serving us free drinks while we waited... crazy!!! it was cool :) they had to bring in lawn furniture to sit us all down. it was a really fun night!!! :D

anyway, saturday we were lazy. becky came over that night tho and we all acted like we wanted to do somethin fun but we ended up just hangin @ the house and watched the dark night. i really wanted to watch mirrors, but dave didn't want to =( o well. becky fell asleep like during the first part of the movie and i fell asleep the 2nd part of the movie! i was so tired. i love that movie tho!

sunday was my lil cleaning day. jarred cooked a big yummy breakfast, and then i started cleaning the downstairs living room. we sorted thru a ton of junk (papers, magazines) we had layin around... so cluttered. our house was so dusty. gross. i finally got to use the new vac tho!! it's cooool :) if i'm feeling up to it tonight i'm gonna try and clean our our bedroom. that's a HUGE task. ugh. i got some dressers from my parent's house so we can have more storage, i just gotta get in there and clean everything out. it SUCKS. there's so many things we need to do. what we REALLY need to do is get some new curtains, buy a new futon cushion, and get new sheets/comforters. blah.

gosh... so after all that cleaning, i was EXHAUSTED. but later we went to taco mac with josh and jerm. we had chips and salsa and the guys had a couple of drinks.  a stupid football game was on so everyone in there was going CRAZY. so loud. it's kinda ridiculous. ugh. but yeah yeah yeah, we WERE in a sports bar. haha. o well.

and today is MLK day, happy bday! everyone @ the house has today off... i don't! =( i wanted to stay home SO bad. but i have a doc's appt wed. so i hafta get off work early AND i'll prob take fri off.

man, last night i was scrolling thru pics on my digital camera and saw old pics from when we went to orange beach a couple yrs ago... it's been that long =( we looked so happy there. that is THE place. hehe. our lil vacation spot. i miss it SO much. and i'm really gonna miss that condo we'd stay in. ;( makes me wanna cry! i used to think we'd go there like twice a year... to that same spot... make some frozen drinks and walk to the cool lil mini golf place across the street... then go to tacky jack's @ night to sit by the water and listen to music... :) jarred misses it too. i might google some hotel rates in a min. to see if we can go in a few months or something. man that'd be nice :)

speaking of traveling, haha, we're planning on going to helen in march!! it'll be about 8-10 of us. i'm hoping.  we want at LEAST 8 ppl. and like 3 ppl are bein kinda... quiet/shady about it (when they weren't before) so i'm kinda nervous.  but it's like 5 definites for sure... and 4 ppl who seem to be "on the fence." i think we'll be able to pull it together by march tho... it's gonna be so much fun!! so far, if we have at least 8 ppl, it'll be under $40 a person for the whole weekend. and i found this one place where you get the 3rd nite free, so we're gonna go thurs-sun. and it has a pool table and hot tub!! woohoo!! i think we're gonna make 5 gallons of our famous drink and just sip on that all weekend, haha. idk if i can handle a whole wknd of drinking tho... phew. but i can handle a whole weekend of playin pool, cooking @ the cabin, sleepin in, hangin out in the HOT TUB, and bein with my bestest of friends :) i'm excited!!!
