i realized that i haven't updated in a lil bit!!

our halloween party was AWESOME. soo many ppl showed up... we were happy. we had 10 gallons of liqour-drinks and maybe 1 gallon was left over.  we also had about a gallon or more of a new drink we made up... it was a BIG HIT. it was wiped out FAST.  it was so yummy. we wanted to make it red ("bloody") so we could put fake dead fingers floating around in it, hehe. it was cool.

so the party was a huge success. it's weird tho b/c the ppl who said they were DEFINITELY coming, didn't. and the ppl who were "on the fence" CAME. i wish the definite ppl came tho.. that was sad ;( but at least i got to see a lotta ppl i hadnt seen in a while. it was definitely a good, happy, fun group of people so there wasn't any drama (that i know of), no fights, nothing... just a good ol' party :)

our house was a DISASTER afterwards tho... ohmygosh. it's never been that bad. and i can't believe how much stuff ppl left behind! but man, people can be pigs! lol. i was shocked when i woke up the next day and looked out the window to only OUR cars there... i guess i did wake up late, but still... usually there are a few cars left from ppl staying the night. butttt we did "make" people park on side streets this time, so maybe that explains some of it.

so yep, fun fun.  since then we've just been hangin out and stuff. still doin' our weekly los loros routine. haha. we're tryin to do it on weekends now... so different ppl are showing up, it's fun. :D

over the weekend we went to jarred's dad's house in alabama and spent all of saturday hangin out with his family. they cooked some goooood food, mmm. it has been good seeing jarred's brother. it's gonna be sad when he goes to germany :( we'll just hafta visit him!! no problem there.

so lately it's been a lotta family & fun time. :)

i think christmas this yr is gonna be pretty small. jarred and i are both hurting for money =( it sucks. plus his truck just got crushed on the side (long story... involved a stupid parking deck) and it looks pretty bad... so now he has to get that fixed.  never fails, every time he gets paid it has to go towards some big, unwanted purchase.

but i think i know what i'm gonna get him this year and i'm realllllllllly excited about it :D i would really like for us to go on a trip together... since that NEVER happens, but it's so expensive ;( i really wanna take him to gatlinburg and to the aquarium there... maybe we can swing it in january or something. gosh there are so many things we wanna do and see, but we're so poor, lol. GRRRRRRRR stupid money! i've seriously been eating ramen like all month for lunch. i'm sure it's helped tho, but i'm probably eating the most unhealthy crap ever, haha. i'm gonna start making soup @ home @ night and taking it into work the next day.  but mmm today i had a side salad @ chickfila and it was only $2.22 and filled me up! :)

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh gosh! and last night was the season finale of the shield!!!! SO sad it's over ;( jarred's favorite show... aww.  i'm so glad he introduced me to it tho... it's awesome! it was a great finale, but i'm so sad it's over... there's so many questions i have about what happened to each character! they're talking about making a movie outta it, but i kinda hope not? it can either be really good or really bad/stupid. it worked for sex & the city, but i dunno if it would for the shield... i'd watch it tho!!
